The first one is pretty simple to understand and almost everybody knows about this already. Just drink more water. Sometimes, even I forget though. Drinking water should always be purified because there are lot of toxins in tap water almost everywhere. Fluoride and chlorine for starters, not to mention pharmaceutical drugs and sometimes heavy metals. The second one goes hand in hand with the alkaline diet chart and principles. Eat a lot of vegetables, fruits and other plant based foods. Meat is not evil, just don’t eat a lot of it. If you are going to have a steak, eat a big salad of leafy greens along with it. Throw in some broccoli and asparagus too. Or your favorite vegetables.
Thirdly, cut out sugary foods. Also cut back on foods that turn into sugar in the body quickly like grains and potatoes. High glycemic foods, means foods that convert to sugar rapidly in the stomach, causing the blood sugar to rise quickly. Favor green vegetables.[ad name=”teacup”]
