Healthy Pudding Dessert Recipe Ingredients
- Irish moss, soaked overnight and rinsed 3x or more
- 1 cup purified water
- 2 cups raw cashews, soaked overnight
- 3 Tbs Xylitol
- 1 tsp real vanilla
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- Top it with low sugar fruit, strawberry, blueberry, cherry, cranberry, pick your favorite
Start by blending the Irish moss and water. Blend until warm. This is what makes the pudding thick. Use more or less Irish moss depending on how thick you like your pudding. Then add the rest of the ingredients, except the fruit. Blend well until smooth. You could add more xytitol if it is not sweet enough for your taste. Stevia could also be substituted for the xylitol.
