- Hit the produce section first
- Learn about some vegetables you may not have experienced yet in this lifetime.
- Some canned, frozen and bottled foods are ok, just check the ingredient list first.
- Wild caught fish is better than farmed. Fish that fits in your pan, the whole fish, then it’s a good choice. Larger carnivorous fish, tend to have more toxins.
