Alkaline Balance – A Handy Snack


If you happen to have a dehydrator, you have a great tool for making a good supply of alkaline snacks. If you don’t have one it would be well worth picking one up.

To dehydrate vegetables, simply wash them and cut up into strips about 1/4″ wide. Marinate if desired for extra flavor. Then place in the dehydrator, until they are dry and crisp.

For a marinade, try using Bragg liquid aminos, spices, garlic and ginger.

You can store the finished product in an air tight container in the fridge.

Now you have a healthy snack to munch on anytime or take on the go.
