Alkaline Balance – The American Diet
The Standard American diet sets us all up for a fall. Consider moving to a more balanced alkaline diet.
Slowly move the diet to 80% alkaline foods and only 20% acid. This one Step alone will change and improve your life.
Some people do better by making gradual changes, sometimes old habits die hard.
To take a positive step forward, next time you’re at the grocery store pick up some extra veggies, carrot stick, celery, broccoli, green peppers or any other vegetables that look good. Slice them up and have then ready to snack on. Replace some or all of a junk food snack with something better.
