The principle of the alkaline diet is Especially leafy greens and fresh fruit. It does not mean becoming a vegetarian or vegan. It’s about balance. And most people are simply tilted in the direction of junk food and a bit too much animal products. I like a good steak as much as the next guy, but I eat mine with a huge salad and a side of steamed broccoli, instead of bread and potatoes (which is a digestive nightmare BTW.)

The energy and performance improvements make it all worthwhile.

Green juices and smoothies are the easiest way to get more alkaline fruits and veggies into the diet.

    Thank you for this informative video presentation. As a cancer survivor I am very conscious of the need to maintain an alkaline environment in my body and occasionally use a pH test strip to check. I have been a lacto ova vegetarian for a long time and have found the alkaline diet chart to be very helpful. I believe this information is very important and commend you for propagating it.
