Yes, this is part 2 of a video series. This video is the best and has the most useful information.

This is really the type of diet I have been eating for a while. Large amounts of raw vegetables and fruits and a little bit of flesh protein, mostly fish. I am not a big fan of beef at all.

    Maybe she’s missing something. I’ve bounced between vegetarian and vegan, and have never had any kind of deficiency. Doctors try to peg any problem I have on that, but they never find anything wrong. I do however need much more alkaline in my diet. That is the killer for me.

    Everyone has different needs though, so for her it may have been necessary to add fish, but I just want people to know that some people can be perfectly healthy with a vegetarian or vegan life style.

    Hi Jeff,
    Bravo to Tasha for her confession on adding fish to her otherwise raw vegetarian food diet. We all need to come to that place of discovery of what’s right for our own bodies. I eat mostly raw vegetables, but also do lightly cooked veggies, fish (also do raw fish) and eggs. I found that’s what works for my body.

      It’s about finding out what works for you. Everyone is different, biochemical individuality.
