I’m having a great time on my paleo juicing smoothie festival.
The Lost nutritional powerhouse from the past, is bone broth, specifically from organic sources, like bison, lamb, Omega 3 rich seafood, poultry, and the like.
Bone broth is rich in minerals like calcium magnesium and phosphorus.
Here is a simple bone broth based chicken soup recipe.
Chicken Soup for Vibrantly Healthy Humans
Chicken Soup with Vegetables, Bone Broth Style
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- fresh herbs, don’t miss the upcoming Herbfest in Wake Forest, NC
- sea salt
- Apple cider vinegar
Simmer the chicken on a whisper (very light simmer). Add 1 TBS of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar.
After 2 hours you can pull the meat off the bone if you want.
1/2 hour before cooking is finished, add some chicken or meat of your choice back in, to warm it up. Add whatever vegetables you like.
After it all warms up, — Dinner is Served!
You can discard the bones at the end. I like to chew the ends off and get some of the marrow out.
