Here is the secret, if you calm down the body, you can calm down the mind. These trains the brain to be peaceful and calm.

SuperModel, turned counselor, Susan Miner, shares with us 3 simple movements that calm the body and quiet the mind. (Plus a 4th bonus move.)

Most Americans way overuse their brains, and then wonder why they are stressed and worn out.

Start the day with these simple movements and guarantee yourself a better day.

  1. Movement 1 is done standing. simply inhale and spread your arms wide. As you exhale, fold your arms across the chest and bend forward. Do this a couple of times. Then keep your arms spread, breathe normal and say a few positive affirmations. Like, “I accept all the love around me.”
  2. TSusan Miner Chest Tappinghe second simple trick, involves tapping near your thymus, just below the collarbone. Them say om a few times while exhaling.
  3. Swing from side to side, have fun with it.
  4. Bonus move;  – March, tapping the opposite knee. This balances right and left sides of the body.

Altogether, this is an energy recharge. It also quiets the mind chatter and makes thinking more efficient.

    what iff you composed a catchier title? I mean, I
    don’t wish to tell you how to run your blog, but what if yyou added something that grabbed folk’s attention? I mean Build Inner Peace, Simple Tipps – is
    kinda vanilla. You ought to peek at Yahoo’s front page and note how they create article
    headlines too get people to click. Yoou might add a related video
    or a picture or two to grab people interested about what you’ve written. Just my opinion,
