- Movement 1 is done standing. simply inhale and spread your arms wide. As you exhale, fold your arms across the chest and bend forward. Do this a couple of times. Then keep your arms spread, breathe normal and say a few positive affirmations. Like, “I accept all the love around me.”
- The second simple trick, involves tapping near your thymus, just below the collarbone. Them say om a few times while exhaling.
- Swing from side to side, have fun with it.
- Bonus move; – March, tapping the opposite knee. This balances right and left sides of the body.
Altogether, this is an energy recharge. It also quiets the mind chatter and makes thinking more efficient.
