Raw Food Diet Burrito Recipe
- One large collard leaf, this is the burrito shell
- Bell peppers, a variety of colors makes a rainbow effect
- Alfalfa sprouts
- 1/4 avocado
- Green onions
- A few arugula leaves (salad rocket}
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- Habanero peppers
Start out by De-stemming the collard leaf. Then make up the awesome sauce: zucchini, bell pepper, lemon, green onion, sesame seeds, and cumin. Put it all in a blender and blend up good to make the awesome sauce. Spread it all around on the collard leaf.
Then add in the rest of the the sliced up, diced up ingredients. Once you have it all piled in, roll it up and slice in half. An amazing burrito creation.
