Chocolate has beneficial health properties, like antioxidants. These help fight free radicals. I use 100% chocolate. If you like things sweeter, use dark chocolate.
Chocolate Ginger Mango Chunks
3 Simple Ingredients
- A Good Ripe Mango
Slice off a piece of ginger a little bigger than a large gumball. Peel as needed and slice into small pieces with a knife.
Slice the Mango into chunks. If you are not used to cutting up a mango, it can be tricky at first. The seed is kind of a flattish, oval shape. Once you figure out how to cut along the contour of the mango seed, it will be a breeze. You can peel the mango or not. I leave the skin on, unless it had black spots.
Then chop up the chocolate into little pieces, You could also use dark chocolate chips.
Then stick one or more pieces of chocolate and ginger into the mango chunks.
A simple and delicious healthy snack is served!!
