		<description>I agree we need sodium, but not that we need salt.  We need usable sodium in our system to keep things in solution (not hardened, like gall stones and kidney stones).  The best usable source of sodium is vegetables, especially celery and seaweeds.  If one is going to use salt, sea salt is a good choice.  I think it is that we have had too much of a bad form of salt (sodium chloride aka table salt) and it has caused problems.  Eat vegetable or sea salt sources and it will flush out the bad stuff.  Don&#039;t forget to drink enough purified water to go along with it!</description>
