Better Energy DrinkEnergy drinks are everywhere these days. Gas stations, grocery stores, drug stores and more.

People everywhere seem to be suffering a personal energy  crisis.

I admit from time to time I indulge in a little extra caffeine for extra energy.  Nobody is perfect.

Today I would like to share a healthier version of the energy drink.

A Healthier Energy Drink

Everyone knows that artificial sweeteners are bad right? Well maybe not, because there are a lot of products out there that contain them.

Try doing a Google search on “Artificial Sweeteners” and  see what comes up. Educate yourself.

    I understand where they are coming from. This is simply a thought provoking way of letting you know how important it is to do your own research instead of taking what the author has to say as gospel.
    Always seek out multiple reliable sources for information and then form your own opinion on the topic.

    Asking questions is good! 🙂

    FOR REAL? Your second sentence suggests that if a lot of products contain an ingredient it must not be bad for you. Sugar is in a lot products, so is white flour, oh.. and msg, and all kinds of other nasties.

    If this comment is in reference to stevia… please note that stevia is NOT artificial. Truvia is artificial though.

      Stevia is a wonderful natural plant. I have one in my garden.
