Better Quality Fats
- Olive oil
- Coconut oil
- Palm oil
Of course this doesn’t mean, eat all the fat you want. The majority of any good healthy diet should be fresh vegetables. Remember 80% alkaline foods, 20% acid forming foods. It’s the 80/20 rule at it’s finest.
