- 1 avocado, cut into chunks
- 1 banana, sliced in small pieces
- 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup raw cocoa powder
- 1 packet stevia sweetener
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Chill in fridge for half an hour or more before serving.
