Starting out on the Raw Food Diet, the Easier Way

I like her recommendation, start out slow. In the beginning, go with 50% raw or better. I think that is good advice. A 100% raw diet is really too extreme for most people and may not even be healthy in the long run, in my humble opinion. Personally I like to eat  a good percentage of raw foods. Somewhere around 70% raw is good for me. A little bit of meat helps to match my metabolic type and still keep a good pH alkaline balance.

I clearly feel more energy. I can eat as much food as I like, and not worry about putting on excess weight.
