Gratitude is Healthy
It is well known that having a good attitude can help balance your pH.
Negative feelings like, hate, anger,and fear can push the body into the acid range.
The good news is that positive feelings like gratitude, love, peace and joy can help to alkalize the body.
I learned a long time ago that gratitude is healthy and good for you. In this video, Larry Green shares some of the science behind positive emotions like gratitude. - Hold the feeling of gratitude in your heart. It is important to feel it in your heart, not just think about it.
