At the rate we are going, our kids are set up to live a shorter life span than us adults. Thanks to advances in science we are living longer than we did200 years ago, but now it seems we are going the other way. There is a fix.

The best strategy is to vote with your dollars at the supermarket. I much prefer to support local farmers at the farmers market. And shop for organic and healthier choices at the  grocery stores. Let the soda pop, chips, candy bars and other junk food rot on the shelves. Although that will probably take a long time with all the preservatives…
