I prefer to eat real foods, like fruits, vegetables, nuts seeds and healthy meats. Personally, I don’t feel well after eating most soy products, could be a food sensitivity issue.
Nothing bothers me more than being in a health food store and seeing some “supposed health food”, that is not really healthy at all. The word “All Natural” is even worse. Beware of foods that are loaded with way too much sugar in any form, could be honey, fruit juice, corn syrup or whatever.
