Alkaline herbsThe other day someone asked a really good question.

Which herbs are alkaline?

The answer is just about all of them. Most herbs originate from green plants. And green plants by nature are some of the best alkalizers on the planet. Herbs make a great addition to almost any dish.

My Favorite Way to Make Alkaline Water

There are many options for getting alkaline water.

I have found that the simplest and
most economical is to add a few drops
of liquid Zeolite to a glass of purified
water. Very simple. Pure Body, Liquid Zeolite
also helps to remove toxins from the body.

Today’s video is about Nasturtiums. Bob Johnson from Herbfest talks about how the flowers of the Nasturtium plant are edible and add good flavor to a salad.

Herbs are a much better option for adding flavor to a salad as opposed to regular salad dressings, which sometimes contain questionable ingredients. A few herbs, olive oil, apple cider vinegar and some sea salt makes a great salad dressing that is alkalizing.

I like to use fresh herbs on my salads. Way better than store bought salad dressings.

This was very helpful for me. I like many herbs, but I was curious about which ones I should use to get more alkaline in my diet. The video and the list on this page give me a nice collection of herbs to use for that purpose. Thanks for posting this.
