How to Deal with Stubborn Belly Fat
Do you have fat on your body that just does not want to go away, even with diet and exercise?
This is what we call stubborn fat. You exercise, you sweat, you eat right, but you still have this belly fat!
The solution is looking at the hormone picture. Ori Hofmekler gives us the details in this video. Take a look and let us know what you think.
Stubborn fat is a slow metabolized fat tissue that resits fat burning. The belly is the most common area for stubborn fat storage. Int this video, Ori Hofmekler says stubborn fat is due to a hormonal imbalance. estrogen is the culprit. Aging plays a role.
I prefer to eat hormone and anti-biotic free meats as often as possible. Sometimes this means a trip to the health food store or local Farmer’s Market. Organic meat is the best, and at a minimum I look for the wording hormone and anti-biotic free on the label, or talk with the farmer who is selling the meat.
Dairy is another potential source of unwanted hormones. I have not had a glass of milk in over a decade.
I would love to hear your thoughts about stubborn belly fat and hormones in the food supply. Please use the comment box below. Thank you for reading and watching.

One year ago I stopped eating all meat (except fish) and dairy. I eat mostly raw vegetables and real whole grains (quinoa, millet, steel cut oats). Although thin to begin with, I lost all my stubborn belly fat in two weeks.
My wife has started losing weight just by switching to organic, harmone-free milk. We buy everything organic we can, and avoid almost everything else. It really does make a difference.
