Body Building and pH

Ryan  Marcotte followed the alkaline diet for 12 weeks, so let us see the difference.

And what a difference there is.

Most bodybuilders think you need tons of protein, but take a look at Ryan’s physique, with the help of the alkaline diet.

Pictures Tell the Story

The before and after pictures are stunning.

Not so long ago, Ryan was overweight, thanks to not so good eating. Then his life experienced a turn around.

“The first ten days, the thing I noticed most, was my energy levels just exploding.” Amen Ryan, your experience is not all that different from other alkaline dieters. More energy, less fat around the middle.

Less Need for Sleep

Not needing so much sleep was another benefit Ryan mentions, thanks to a healthier lifestyle.

Gain Muscle, Goodbye to Fat

According to Ryan, he was able to gain 11 pounds of muscle, while losing fat. I;m sure he was exercising more intensely than the average person would. A person, serious abut bodybuilding, needs to follow a pretty rigorous regime.

I love to workout with weights. Alkaline diet sure cuts down on next day soreness

I have candidiasis and need to get it under control. I really need help. Most M.D.’s do not understand this infectious disease very well, let a lone know how to combat it. I realize what I need to do to keep it from getting out of control but I sure would appreciate some eating habit advise. I am to be seen by a specialist in infectous diseases next week and I understand the treatment plan though I’m not looking forward to it. The last time I had this was an end-result of antibiotics as is the case this time. However, last time I did not take care of it in the same manner as I’m doing today. Today I am going to attack it through western medicine. I realize the danger in doing so but I need to eradicate or get this candidiasis under control as soon as I can – it comes with a multiplicity of other complications. Thank you.
