ALKALINE Green FeastCheck out what Shelley Young has to say near the end of this video. She rattles off an impressive list of  benefits from following an alkalizing greens liquid feast.

Mind fog clears up, eyes are brighter,  skin is without blemish, you can run for miles and exercise without pain, inflammatory conditions go away.  Shelley Redford Young, is the wife of Dr. Robert O. Young.

I have experienced some of this first hand myself.

Steps To Detox Acid and Build Blood

So what is this “Liquid Feast” she is talking about? Basically it involves loading up on green juices and green smoothies. She also mentions “green milk”, which is greens juice mixed with some almond milk. Also green soup. Sounds like a good way to get your greens. Beverages that are rich in chlorophyl. She does not call is a detox or a cleanse, although that is basically what it is, a way to get the body alkaline quickly and get rid of tissue acidosis. Much like a spring cleaning for the inside of the body.

Green vegetables are some of the most alkalizing foods on the planet. They provide good nutrition and are cleansing to the body.

Over the past few weeks I have been drinking more fresh green juice and smoothies. I can feel the difference. I will be sharing more about that in future posts.
