Mango and Greens Smoothie

It is also chuck full of other nutrients.

Mangoes contain an enzyme with stomach soothing properties similar to papain found in papayas.

Adding spinach to the smoothie makes a real nutrition powerhouse.

Green smoothie blenderThis green smoothie is super simple to make, just three ingredients.  Add some protein powder and a tablespoon of fish oil for a nice morning alkaline breakfast drink.

Mango Green Smoothie Ingredients

  • Mango
  • Spinach
  • Water

I definitely like to add purified water to my smoothies. In the video she adds the water after blending the mango and spinach, I would add the water in the beginning to make it blend easier.
