It’s really interesting how he talks about how much better people feel after cutting out gluten and dairy for a while.
I have been avoiding gluten for a long time now and it makes a big difference for me personally. It’s pretty tricky, and not an easy task to cut out either one of these items, let alone both gluten and dairy.
