Being outdoors is great too. Hiking on a nature trail, or even volunteering for some trail maintenance is a great way  to get some movement, fresh air, sunshine and social interaction.

This morning I went down to the local Y and did the hip-hop hustle class. It was a bunch of fun, and I got to meet some new people who are fitness minded.  Tomorrow I will hit the nature park.
