Beta Carotene DrinkCheck out this juicing video. According to Juice Daddy, Jay Kordich, This is my number one drink for stripping fat off the body.

And the drink is delicious. This is one juice drink that almost everybody will love.

On top of that, it is very dense in nutrition, especially beta carotene.

Part 5 – #1 Beta Carotene Drink in the World

– – – –

There are just two simple ingredients to this fresh  juice.

  • Carrots
  • Cantaloupe

carrot cantelope juiceInto the juicer they go and you have a great tasting drink. Enjoy!

Cantaloupe is a low calorie fruit, that is dense in nutrition.

You can also make this recipe in a blender. Just add some ice and you have a great tasting fruit vegetable smoothie.

Food combining enthusiasts would tell you not to mix fruits and vegetables at the same meal, or recipe. Jay says this is one exception to the rule, that carrot and cantaloupe are very compatible.

The peel of the cantaloupe can we put in a blender or juice maker also to get more benefits?
There is a blender called Master Health where you can eat also the pulp of vegetables , fruits and grains.

Can you give me receipies using alcaline food? (using that blender). Thank You very much. Rick.

I saw the video and you made it look so easy. So here are my quick questions: is it just one slice of the cantaloupe to two carrots or one carrot? Second question: How many times a week do you drink this or do you drink it on a day-to-day basis? Third question: What about the carbs? I’m on a low carb diet and it tells me to stay away from fruits due to their natural sugars and carrots is on my “not approved list”, but I have a lot of FAT I need to get rid of. So, what about the carbs?
