Raw Food Recipe for a Fall Apple Cranberry Stuffing #672
Try to use organic ingredients as much as possible.
Raw Food Stuffing Recipe
- Celery chopped
- soaked sunflower seeds
- apple – locally grown
- Chia tea for marinade
- Add a few herbs and spices like cinnamon and sage
Let it marinade in the tea for a good 15 minutes. Then drain off the liquid.
Place it all into a food processor or blender and pulse briefly. The consistency should be chunky.
Use this stuffing in your traditional turkey, or you can be creative and boat out a squash or hollow out a pepper. Try it with a stuffed raw organic pepper – yum! You could even stuff an acorn squash.
