Simple, but Powerful Gum Treatment Strategy – with Nadine Artemis
- Start with baking soda tooth paste. Brush well. I like to use a non-fluoride toothpaste from the health food store.
- Apply a secondary coat of baking soda to the teeth.
- Add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to the mouth and swish.
- Brush again to get it all cleaned out.
- Be sure to rinse well.
