EarthingThis short video demonstrates how much EMF’s people can be exposed to while working around electronic devices.

Certainly not good for pH balancing in the body.

It also shows how easy it is to protect yourself from harmful EMF’s. David uses a voltmeter to show actual voltage changes.

David Wolfe on EMF Protection – EARTHING

Grounding and Earthing

I actually made my own homemade grounding plate using parts from the hardware store. It was all under $15 including the ground tester. I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying to build their own, unless you know what you are doing. It would be too easy to electrocute yourself if you did it wrong, or were sloppy about the connections. I also read that these indoor grounding devices, should not be used during a lightening storm.

The next best thing is to actually put your desk outdoors under some kind of a shelter. Probably not practical for most, but I try to bring the laptop outside as often as possible so my feet can actually touch the earth. This gives me the best possible ground, as well as some fresh air and sunshine.

I have been talking to a lot of my friends bout grounding and it is surprising how many people never heard of it.

Love to hear your comments, thanks.

I have heard a lot about grounding lately. The grounding products are so expensive. Is there any way I can learn to make a grounding pad myself. Are there instructions I can follow. I would love to do that.
