I have had one colonic in my lifetime. I did feel a notch better afterward.

These days though I think it is easier, more convenient and cheaper to keep my colon in good shape with herbs.

There are many different herbs that can keep things moving down there.

One of my favorite ways to keep my colon clean is to  drink  Iaso organic, cleansing herbal tea. It acts as a very gentle colon cleanse and helps to remove toxins from my body. I drink it almost every day for good maintenance.  It is gentle enough for daily use.

Load Up the Veggies

I also make sure I get plenty of fiber in my diet. Loads of fresh raw vegetables do the trick for me. Vegetable blender smoothies make it easy to pump up the fiber content of my diet, without having to choke down a huge plate of vegetables at every meal. I still like to eat a good salad, high amounts of vegetables help my energy and well being. Also great for pH balance.
