Green Smoothies are a great way to get more nutritious, alkaline boosting greens into your diet.
With the addition of some fruit, you can end up with a great tasting drink, that even gets past the taste buds of kids.
Adding sprouts pumps up the nutritional value, as well as the enzymes, which are key to feeling energetic and healthy, at least in my experience.
