<p>Here is what you need for this recipe</p>

<li>Quinoa</li>
<li>Chicken</li>
<li>Garbanzo beans</li>
<li>Cranberries</li>
<li>Cherries</li>
<li>Spinach</li>
<li>The dressing is honey, olive oil and fresh pressed garlic</li>
</ul>
<p>Simmer 1 cup Quinoa in 1 1/2 cups water for about 10 minutes. Cook the chicken. Mix together Garbanzo beans, quinoa and chopped fruit.</p>

<li>Drown it in cheese, sauce or chocolate</li>
<li>Chop it up fine and mix small amount into other dishes like casseroles, lasagna or meat loaf</li>
<li>Make smoothies with predominately fruit for sweetness, add stevia honey or other sweetener to make it taste better</li>
<li>Use a greens powder in recipes</li>
<li>My grandmother used to  slice up tomatoes and sprinkle them with sugar</li>
<li>Sliced veggies go great with ranch dressing or other types of dip</li>
<li>Invite friends over that like to eat healthier foods. This makes it way more cool to actually eat a vegetable.</li>

<p>I went where no man has gone before, &#8211; The Vegetable Isle . That is my favorite line in the video.</p>
<p>And yes it actually is possible to lose weight eating mostly desserts. Raw food desserts that is. Not the most healthy thing in the world, but still better than what a lot of people eat.</p>
<p>There is also some great information in this video about the right way and the wrong way to do a cleanse. Joseph tried a lot of cleanses and did not always have the best results.</p>
<p>By the way, all the smoothies and juices he made during the presentation that day were delicious.</p>

<h2>Ingredient list for Healthy Raw Aphrodisiac Chocolate</h2>
<ul class="bullet-9">
<li>Coconut oil, warm gently, just enough to melt. Melting point is 78 degrees</li>
<li>Raw cacao powder, Google it and look at the benefits</li>
<li>Coconut flakes, raw, unsweetened, organic</li>
<li>Almonds are optional</li>
<li>Sweetener of your choice, raw honey, agave, stevia, maple syrup. If you want low sugar version, go with stevia</li>
<li>Sea salt</li>
<li>Cinnamon, or mint</li>
<li>Chia seeds, optional, these are really healthy, fiber and omega fats</li>
<li>Damiana, is the secret aphrodisiac herb</li>
</ul>
<p>Blend up the ingredients and spoon into little cupcake wrappers.  Then place in the frig. She doesn&#8217;t really give any measurements in the video, a lot of it is to taste and consistency.</p>
<p>There are many optional things that can be added to this chocolate recipe, such as Goji berries, use your imagination and run wild!</p>

<p>This is really the type of diet I have been eating for a while. Large amounts of raw vegetables and fruits and a little bit of flesh protein, mostly fish. I am not a big fan of beef at all.<br />

<p>I know from personal experience that eating healthy can sometimes be stressful. You seem to be going against the flow of what everyone else is doing. But then again, everyone else is getting fatter, sicker and more tired. What I am trying to do is feel better, have more energy and live a long healthy life.</p>
<p>Have you ever gone into a restaurant, looked at the menu and thought to yourself, there is nothing healthy on this menu? Or you feel embarrassed because you have to make a special request to get some food that is acceptable to someone who is health conscious.</p>
<p><I know how stressful it can be to have everyone around you eating junk food, while you are trying to maintain good health. And the temptations are out there for sure. If people only knew what was in that junk they are eating.</p>
<p>If you have a spouse, or other family members who are not into health food it can be challenging. I know that first hand.</p>
