does alkaline- acid have any affect on fighting cancer?
Thanks very much for the alkaline diet chart. I am trying to reduce the inflamation due to my osteoarthritis. Hopefully planning my diet using this chart will help some.
Let us know how that is working for you.
We are so thankful that we searched and found your website. I am spreading the NEWS/Gospel of good eating. We just did not know how to identify what foods were the Alkaline Foods. We want to know more. We like your emphasis on “balance”. We are a family of five three boys 9,10, & 12. We want foods for energy/fiber/and to build the immune system, as the boys and I have allergies.
We live in Lithonia,GA. Thank you so very much

Thanks a lot. The chart is very convenient and easy to use.
This chart is handy, I have one on my frig and one on the wall in the den, so I can refer to it often. I use it to make my grocery list.
