- 1 meal consisting of organic garden salad and small serving of fish or clean meat, meaning from the health food store or farmer’s market, no hormones or antibiotics. Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and herbs for dressing.
- Parasite cleanse with an herbal formula
- Breathe of Fire, a yoga breathing technique
- Plenty of purified water
- Digestive enzymes
