Today a Yummy Treat, Mint Chocolate Frozen Fudge

Mint Chocolate Frozen FudgeWhen I was a kid, I used to love frozen fudge pops.

So I created a healthy version with no sugar or dairy. Only the natural sugar that comes in the fruit. Then I add some stevia to add some extra low calorie sweetness.

Enjoy this recipe on a hot summer day, or anytime you want a delicious, yet wholesome treat. This is super yummy. Makes a great snack or dessert.

  • Cocoa powder
  • Cashew milk, or almond milk, coconut mil works too
  • Mint leaves (optional)
  • Stevia – 2 packets or to taste
  • Banana, or fruit of choice

making frozen fudge pops3I did not really measure this when I put it together. If you make too much, then you have chocolate milk leftover to enjoy. Use as much fruit and stevia as needed to make it sweet enough for your taste buds.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Then our into an ice pop mold. I got mine at the dollar store. As an alternative, you can also pour the mixture into an ice cube tray. Cover with plastic wrap and poke a toothpick thru the plastic.

When you pull these out of the freezer they are easier to get out of the mold, if you let them sit for a few minutes.

Mint Chocolate FudgescileI consider chocolate to be a vegetable, because it comes from a plant.

This is the healthy version of this delicious frozen treat.

Enjoy this yummy mint chocolate taste sensation anytime as a snack, a dessert, or heck even for breakfast. I actually froze these overnight and enjoyed them for breakfast this morning.
