There is a few tomatoes buried in the bowl there.
I am sure I will only be getting tomatoes from the garden for a few more days this season.
After I rinsed these wonderful, organic greens off, I threw them into a bowl, added some herbs and olive oil.
I lightly cooked some salmon and also had some black beans.
I added these to the salad and had a wonderful lunch. Delicious, nutritious and alkaline forming food!
