A new flavor in the vegetable or fruit blender smoothie, could be just what the doctor ordered.
It is never a good idea to eat the same foods every day, day after day, 365 days a year. Mix it up a bit and try some new ingredients.

Ok so here is my favorite smoothie additive. Dr Miller’s Iaso tea concentrate. I brew up 2 tea bags in a quart of water and let steep overnight. This makes a concentrate. Normally I would mix with 3 more quarts of water to make the tea at regular strength. But instead, I keep it as a concentrate and add 2 oz to my smoothie or other herbal tea. Works great as a whole body detoxifier.

My favorite ingredient is banana. I put it in with a variety of greens and other additives and it always makes it taste like a milkshake. Sweet!!!
