In this video clip Dr. O’Bryan’s and Sean Croxton talk about the 5 things you probably did not know about gluten. Even small amounts of gluten, just once a month can cause issues. What I found interesting in this video is that if you order a salad and it comes with croutons, you can’t just pick the croutons off. Tiny crumbs can be left behind, and that is enough gluten to cause problems for those that are sensitive. A new salad must be requested.
I figured out a long time ago that eating wheat products makes me tired and depressed. I would avoid wheat and gluten containing products for a period of time and then reintroduce. I instantly wanted to take a nap.

Not to mention that wheat and other grains are on the acid side of the alkaline diet chart. Instead of gluten containing foods, I now just eat more alkaline fruits and vegetables.

    I haven’t eaten gluten in years; in fact I not only don’t eat wheat but I don’t eat grains in general. I’ve been into healthfood freakery since 1973, the last year I trusted the FDA. I’m 79 and healthier than anyone I know of any age including my grandchildren. I eat 80% plant foods (fruits and vegetables) and hardly any meat or dairiy and ABSOLUTELY NO SOY.
