- 1/2 cup fresh Rosemary leaves.
- 1 cup sea salt
Chop up the rosemary in a blender or food processor.
Then add the salt and blend again.
Pour it out into a pan and let dry.
You could place it in a nice container and give some away as a gift. Add a few other herbs and spices to the mix and you have a nice inexpensive gift package that makes food taste better.
Sprinkle on vegetables for a nice alkaline dish.
Salt has gotten a lot of bad press in recent years. Personally I avoid most processed foods from the grocery store. This eliminates excess salt from my diet and allows me to enjoy some healthier sea salt in moderation.
