How to Make a Superherb Juice Shot
I turned juicing into a 2 phase process. This way I could get a concentrated shot of anti-inflammatory herbs, as fresh and potent as possible.
Phase 1 Juicing
- Leafy greens
- A few carrots – just to make it palatable
This resulted in just a few ounces of juice. You may want ot adapt quantities to taste. This is strong. Beginners should start with more carrot or beet and smaller amounts of the ginger, garlic and turmeric.
Drink down the shot ASAP. The fresher the better.
In Phase 2, Juice the Rest of the Fruits and Veggies.
- More carrots
Use whatever suits your taste. Fresh, in season and local is best.
