How to Make a Superherb Juice Shot

I turned juicing into a 2 phase process. This way I could get a concentrated shot of anti-inflammatory herbs, as fresh and potent as possible.

Phase 1  Juicing

  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Turmeric
  • Leafy greens
  • A few carrots – just to make it palatable

Drink down the shot ASAP. The fresher the better.

In Phase 2, Juice the Rest of the Fruits and Veggies.

  • Apple
  • More carrots
  • Beet
  • Celery
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
