This quick meal provides sustained energy.
I can’t believe how good this tasted. I woke up the next day craving another bowlful, so I made another one. Be careful this could be addicting.
Chocolate Chia, Berry Blast Breakfast
Chocolate Chia, Berry Blast Ingredients
- Chia Seeds
- Cacao goji energy chunks
- Unsweetened coconut
- Almond butter
- Sprig of mint
- Maca root powder
Start by putting about 2 TBS of chia seeds into a bowl. Add about 1/4 cup water. Let it soak for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. A bit more water may need to be added. The chia seeds suck up a lot of water.
Then add the stevia and Maca root powder. Stir at this point. Slice the strawberries and the Cacao energy chunks. Add the rest of the ingredients, topping it off with the mint leaves as the final step. Enjoy!
