We are coming to that one month of the year, when gyms are packed with new members vowing to get in shape, – this time.

EFT is a popular technique for clearing the subconscious mind of clutter and old programming that keeps us from succeeding, – at anything. EFT can help people to actually achieve their goals and stick with their resolutions, all the way to success.
Susan Miner shares with us in the video, how to do the simple EFT technique. Tap along with the video. You can just insert your own issue into the technique. In the video, she taps on fear, which is a great place to start. But you can replace fear with your own issues, over-eating, stress, time management, whatever.
Do this technique for 2-3 minutes each day, and simply pick an issue for that day. After a round or two of tapping on a negative issue, try tapping on a positive attitude issue, to fill your mind with positivity. Say something like, – ” I focus on all the good in my life.”
